To transfer Fiat from your bank account into your Bits of Gold wallet, follow this guide:
1. Log in to your account, click the "Deposit" button in the menu, and select the deposit type - "Fiat Deposit".
2. Review the details and click the fiat deposit button to begin the deposit process.
3. Enter the ILS amount you wish to transfer to your fiat wallet.
4. Select the "Instant Transfer" option, and you will then be securely redirected to your banking app to approve the transaction.
5. Select the bank account from which the instant transfer will be made, or enter new account details.
6. You will now be redirected to complete the process in your banking app.
That’s it. your deposit has been successfully submitted!
Once the funds are received in our account, the balance will appear in your fiat wallet and will be available for use up to 3 business days. Please note that processing times may vary between banks and depend on the bank’s operating hours.
In addition, you will receive an email notification as soon as the funds are received and updated in our system.
