To sell crypto from an external wallet, please follow the steps below:
On the homepage, click the “Sell” button.
Select the cryptocurrency you wish to sell from the list and enter the amount of coins you want to sell or the fiat amount. You can receive ILS, USD, or EUR.
Click “I want to sell from another external wallet.”
Enter the desired sale amount or the number of coins.
Choose whether you would like to receive the sale proceeds into your fiat balance (ILS), or click “I want to withdraw the funds to your bank account?”, then add a new bank account and enter its details, or select it if it is already saved in our system.
Open your wallet app and look for the “Send” or “Withdraw” option. Select the cryptocurrency and the amount you wish to transfer, as entered in the sale request.
Using the scanner in your wallet app, scan the QR code provided in the order, or alternatively copy the address provided in the order and paste it into the appropriate field in your wallet app. Finally, send the coins.
Important Information:
The company is not responsible for transactions that fail due to a low sender's fee set by the customer.
The wallet address for sending the coins is a one-time use. The rate will be locked only for one transfer (the first one).
