The coins are transferred to us after 6 confirmations in the blockchain network.
When the coins are transferred, we check the wallet address from which the coins were sent. Suppose the address is regulatory approved, and your profile details are fully completed. In that case, the balance in your Bits of Gold wallet will be updated mostly up to 3 business day (excluding the day the order was created, Friday-Saturday and holidays), during our operating hours (Sun-Thu 09:00-18:00).
Once the balance is updated we will also update you by email, and at any step, you can check the recent activity area on your wallet for updates.
