Upon completing the sale, you will be able to see the funds in your bank account soon, within up to three business days from the moment the rate is locked. This often happens much sooner, but we are dependent on additional factors such as banking system operating hours, blockchain network congestion, and more.
Selling from an External Wallet:
The rate is locked with one confirmation on the blockchain network after the coins you send are received in our company's wallets.
Selling from Bits of Gold's managed cold wallet:
The rate is locked immediately upon completing the sale.
At any point, you can access the "My Orders" section in your account, click on the order you wish to check, and view the updated status of the order in real time.
Important Information:
After the rate is locked, the amount of coins in fiat currency that will be sent to your bank account is determined, and you are no longer affected by changes in the exchange rate of the coins you sold.
For orders totaling 50,000 ILS or more over six months, the process includes a verification call with a Bits of Gold representative. This step ensures the secure transfer of funds to your bank account.
