How do I sell crypto from the Bits of Gold managed-cold wallet?

Updated this week

To sell crypto from our managed cold wallet, please follow the steps below:

On the homepage, click “Sell” and select “Managed Cold Wallet” as the wallet type.

Choose the cryptocurrency you wish to sell.

Select selling from Bits of Gold managed cold wallet.

Enter the desired sale amount.

Click “Add Bank Account” and fill in the bank account details to which you would like the sale proceeds to be transferred — bank name, branch number, account number, and beneficiary name. If your bank account already exists in the system, you can select it with a click and continue.

When selling within the closed loop from a Bits of Gold wallet, we handle the entire tax withholding process for you. In cases where tax is withheld, the final amount transferred to your bank account will be after the tax has been deducted.
If you have a tax withholding exemption, click “Do you have a tax withholding exemption?” and upload it in the next step. Otherwise, click “I understand, continue.”

Review and confirm the details and the sale, then click “Click to finish sell.”

That’s it! Your sale has been successfully created, and you will soon receive the proceeds in your bank account.

Important Information:

Ensure that you review the fees applicable to your transaction, which range between 1.2% and 1.95%, and confirm the transaction only if you accept these terms.

* The Company is not responsible for transactions that failed to enter the block due to low mining fees.

* The wallet address is a one-time use address, the rate will only lock for the first transaction received in the wallet.
