Why my deposit request has been rejected?

If your deposit request is rejected, the coins will be returned to the wallet from which they were sent to us.

A deposit request may be rejected for one or more of the following reasons:

  • Missing information in your profile, or refusal to complete required details.

  • The sending wallet address is associated with prohibited activity such as gambling, ransomware, etc.

  • The deposit request does not comply with our Terms of Use.

  • The transfer was made via a network that is not supported by us.

These are the networks we currently support for transfers:

  • Bitcoin (BTC) – Blockchain network: Bitcoin

  • Ethereum (ETH) – Blockchain network: ERC-20

  • Litecoin (LTC) – Blockchain network: Litecoin

  • USD Coin (USDC) – Blockchain network: ERC-20

  • Solana (SOL) – Blockchain network: Solana

  • Ripple (XRP) – Blockchain network: Ripple

  • Cardano (ADA) – Blockchain network: Cardano

  • Polygon (POL) – Blockchain network: Ethereum

  • Sui (SUI) – Blockchain network: Sui
