According to Israeli regulations and the account level, in transactions of 50,000 ILS or more accumulated in 6 months, we are asked to identify our customers additionally through a digital identification call via Zoom with a Bits of Gold representative.
The identification call will be scheduled using the Calendly system designed for convenient scheduling of calls, and the link to this system will be sent to you via email as needed. The identification call is one-time and lasts up to about 20 minutes to get to know you and your business activity better.
Important details:
The identification call includes personal details about you, so it should be conducted in a private and quiet place.
The identification call will take place after completing the required details in the account and digitally signing the "Know Your Customer" form.
Please bring 2 valid identification documents to the call (Passport / Israeli Driving License / Israeli ID), as we will ask to see them.
