Follow these steps to create an account:
Go to the homepage and click “Start Trading” at the top left
2. Click "Sign up”
3. Enter an active email address (one where you can receive updates about your account and orders) and a password. Choose whether you’d like to subscribe to our newsletter (recommended!) and read and approve the Terms of Use
4. Set your account password and follow the instructions to complete the password setup
5. Enter your mobile phone number and type in the 6-digit code you receive via SMS
6. Your account has been successfully created! Now you’ll need to complete a short questionnaire to help us get to know you better
7. Choose which crypto track suits you best:
"Starting Small" - Allows cumulative transactions up to 5,000 NIS per year
״Trade like a pro" - Allows cumulative transactions up to 50,000 NIS per year
"Unlimited crypto" - Unlimited transaction amounts
This will determine your transaction limits, account level, and the documents required to open it
8. Select your nationality – this determines which identification documents are required for the verification process
9. Declare your tax residency
10. Indicate whether you or any of your relatives hold a public office position in Israel or abroad
11. Mark whether you have U.S. citizenship or residency
12. You’ve finished the questionnaire!
13. Now, choose and upload your identification document(s). Ensure the photo is clear and free of screen glare or reflections
14. You can scan the barcode to continue the process on your phone if you prefer
15. Questionnaire summary – verify that all details are accurate, and confirm
16. All done! You can now go to the home screen or make a purchase.
Important information:
For accounts with cumulative activity exceeding 5,000 ILS within six months, you will be required to upload an additional identification document, answer several more questions, and digitally sign your responses.
The account is for personal and private use only and must not be shared with or transferred to another person.
Account registration is restricted to individuals aged 18 and above.
