We offer 3 service plans:
* "Start small" - Allows transactions up to 5,000 ILS accumulated in six months.
* "Trade like a pro" - Allows transactions up to 50,000 ILS accumulated in six months.
* "Unlimited crypto" - Allows unlimited transactions.
Depending on the type of plan you choose, the questions and documents you’ll be asked to provide during account creation will vary (In the Basic plan, you will be required to provide one form of identification. To upgrade your account, you will need to submit an additional form of identification. For the Unlimited plan, you will also be required to complete a digital identity verification).
How do I upgrade my service plan?
You can upgrade your service plan at any time as follows:
Go to “My Profile”, click on “My Details”, then click “I want more”, choose your desired plan, and complete the requested information.
If you make a transaction that raises your cumulative transaction amount over the past six months to the next tier, our system will automatically ask you to provide additional details so you can proceed with the transaction process.
