The order rate is locked in as soon as the money you sent enters our bank account. Depending on the bank's working hours, and specifically, the bank where your account is held, it may take up to three business days for the money to be received in our account, even though it has already left your account.

The locking of the rate occurs at the next rounded hour after the money is received in our account and within our working hours. We will notify you by email once the rate is locked. The coins will be sent to you shortly after that.
