The deduction of funds from your bank account does not mean they have been received in our bank account yet.
How long does bank transfer clearance take?
Depending on banking system processing hours (and specifically your issuing bank), money transfers may take up to 3 business days to arrive in our account (excluding the transfer date, Fridays, Saturdays, and official holidays).
Express/Wire transfers: Generally clear on the same business day (subject to banking hours).
When is the exchange rate locked?
Funds Clearance: The exchange rate is not locked when the order is placed, but only after the funds have cleared into our bank account.
Rate Lock-in: The rate is locked at the top of the next hour following fund receipt, within our operating hours (Sun-Thu 09:00-18:00).
Email Confirmation: Once locked, you will receive a confirmation email specifying the exact amount of crypto purchased. Your coins will be dispatched to your wallet shortly after.

You can monitor the status of your transaction at any time:
Log in to your account and navigate to "Recent Activity".
Check the status column next to the corresponding order.
Important Tips to Avoid Delays:
Matching Account Name: Bank transfers must originate from a bank account held under your own name only.
