Your purchased coins will appear in your wallet as soon as possible, and within up to 3 business days from the moment the rate is locked (excluding the order creation date, Fridays, Saturdays, and official holidays).
This timeframe applies to purchases sent to both internal and external wallets.
Why does processing take time?
While coins are often delivered much sooner, the process depends on external and internal factors, such as:
Banking system operating hours and processing times for payment clearance.
Network congestion on the relevant blockchain (for external wallet transfers).
Security checks and regulatory procedures.
How to check your order status?
You can track the progress of your order in real time at any stage:
Log in to your account and go to "Recent Activity".
Click on "Status" next to the relevant order to view the latest update.
Important Information:
Once the rate is locked, the amount of crypto coins that will be sent to your wallet is determined, and you are no longer subject to the rate fluctuations of the purchased coin.
For purchases to an external wallet in amounts of 50,000 ILS and above, we perform a small “test” transaction by sending a small amount to your external wallet to ensure everything is in order - it's expected. Afterward, you will receive an email to confirm the test. Once you approve that you received the small "test", we will send the remaining coins you purchased.
