We do not recommend disabling two-step verification for your account, as it provides an important layer of protection. If you choose to disable it, please follow the steps below:
Log in to your account and click “My Profile.”
Click “Security.”
Turn off the toggle indicating that two-step verification is enabled.
Now open your authentication app and enter the verification code associated with your Bits of Gold account. Once completed, two-step verification will be disabled.
If you have lost access to your authenticator app and are unable to log in to your account, please contact us.
