I no longer have access to my email address, what can I do?

To replace an existing email address in the system with a new one, you must contact us and complete a verification process.

We will ask you to send us a short video in which:

  • Your face is clearly visible

  • A valid ID document is shown

  • You verbally state that you wish to change the email address on your account to a different address that is owned by you

The information is required for verification purposes only, in accordance with our security procedures.

After the email address is updated, you will receive an email containing a verification code in order to confirm the new email address. You will then be able to log in to your account using the new email address and your existing password.
