To replace an existing email address in the system with a new one, you must contact us and complete a verification process.
We will ask you to send us a short video in which:
Your face is clearly visible
A valid ID document is shown
You verbally state that you wish to change the email address on your account to a different address that is owned by you
In some cases we will ask to preform a zoom meeting.
The information is required for verification purposes only, in accordance with our security procedures.
After the email address is updated, you will receive an email containing a verification code in order to confirm the new email address. You will then be able to log in to your account using the new email address and your existing password.
