Why am I having trouble logging into my account?

If you are unable to log in to your account, you should check that:

  • Your username (your email address) is entered correctly and without spaces.

  • The password for the account is entered correctly and without spaces. You can click on the eye icon to change the password visibility from asterisks.

  • If two-step verification is set up for the account, also check that the code entered belongs to your Bits of Gold account.

  • If the account is locked due to multiple login attempts, check your email and follow the instructions to unlock the account. (For more information: Why is my account locked and how do I open it back?)
