Log in to your account on the website or app.

Navigate to "My Profile"

Navigate to "Account Settings" and choose the option "Reset Password".

Check the email you received from us and click on the password reset link.

Follow the instructions in the email to set a new password for your account and then enter the new password and confirm it.

*Make sure to follow the guidelines for creating a strong password, including using uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and numbers.
