Follow the steps below to reset your account password:
Log in to your account and click “My Profile.”
Click “Security.”
Click “Reset Password.”
Check the email you received from us and click the password reset button. For security reasons, the link will be valid for only two hours from the time it was generated.
You will now need to choose a new password for your account and then enter it again. Make sure to follow the guidelines for creating a strong password that includes letters and numbers.
If you don’t remember your account password, follow the instructions below:
Click the button in the top-right corner.
On the login screen, click “Forgot Password.”
Enter the email address you used to register on the site.
Check the email you received from us (we recommend also checking your spam folder) and click the password reset button. For security reasons, the link will be valid for only two hours from the time it was generated.
