The points accumulated on the maxBack Crypto card are converted into Bitcoin monthly at 12:00 (two business days after the customer's specific charge date) and deposited into the Bits of Gold managed cold wallet, which is backed and secured by advanced technology in collaboration with American BitGo Trust.
For example, if the monthly credit charge date is on the 10th of the month, the coins will be purchased for you on the 12th of the month at 12:00 and promptly deposited into your managed cold wallet.

Bitcoin Cash-back via maxBack Total
The points accumulated on the maxBack Crypto card are converted into Bitcoin daily at 16:00 (one business day after the customer's specific charge date) and deposited into the Bits of Gold managed cold wallet, which is backed and secured by advanced technology in collaboration with American BitGo Trust.
For example, if the monthly credit charge date is on the 10th of the month, the coins will be purchased for you on the 11th of the month at 16:00 and promptly deposited into your managed cold wallet.

Important information:
The balance is displayed both in your Bits of Gold account under "Bits of Gold wallet" and in the max App.
The maxaBack Crypto and the maxBack Total accounts in the Bits of Gold wallet are a "closed loop" account. This means that these accounts can be used to purchase additional currencies using Max's credit card, as well as to sell the currencies and receive money into the customer's bank account. At this stage, it is not possible to withdraw currencies to another external wallet.
Selling currencies from the max account is subject to the minimum amount shown on the website at any time.
