What is a Bank Reference?
Updated over 9 months ago

A bank reference is an official confirmation from your bank that you have made a financial transfer from your bank account to the Bits of Gold bank account. You can find it at the end of the payment transfer process. A simple screenshot of the confirmation screen is sufficient, but you can also request the confirmation directly from the bank if you missed it.

An order cannot be completed via bank transfer without a screenshot of the confirmation. The screenshot must be complete, clear, and include the following details: beneficiary's name, account details, date, and the Bits of Gold order number (included in the notes).

Bank reference must include:

  • Beneficiary's Name

  • Account Details

  • Date

  • Bits of Gold Order Number

Please ensure that all this information is visible and clear in the screenshot of the bank confirmation.
