What is a Software Wallet?
Updated over a week ago

A Software wallet is a cold (offline) digital wallet intended for securing digital coins with advanced technology, and it is recommended for long-term storage of a large quantity of coins.

A Software wallet is essentially an external hard drive (connected via USB to a computer or mobile device) and is immune to all types of attacks: hacking, malware, physical attacks, and more. An example of a popular hardware wallet is the Trezor wallet and the Ledger wallet.
