Make sure your card meets the requirements
Your transaction may not be approved if:
The card exceeds our purchase limits.
There is insufficient available credit on the card.
The card is blocked for online purchases or this type of transaction.
In these cases, please contact your credit card issuer directly.
Check the 3D Secure authentication
In most cases, you'll be asked to verify the transaction using a verification code sent by your credit card issuer.
Make sure that:
You completed the authentication process.
You entered the verification code correctly.
You approved the transaction within the allotted time.
Did you receive a 3D ERROR message?
If you receive a 3D ERROR message while attempting the transaction, it means that the transaction was declined by your credit card issuer during the 3D Secure authentication process.
In this case, please contact your credit card issuer directly, as only they can determine the reason for the decline and remove any restrictions if necessary.
Still unable to complete your purchase?
If you've completed all the checks above and your transaction is still being declined, we recommend contacting your credit card issuer first to determine the reason.
If the issue persists after speaking with your credit card issuer, please contact us through any of our available support channels, and we'll be happy to assist you.
