The following reports / certificates can be obtained or generated as needed.
Transaction History
The report contains all the Buys and sells transactions in the system in chronological order and can be downloaded in two formats - an Excel file and a PDF file that includes the company logo and signature.
Follow these steps to generate the report:
Log in to your account
Click on My Profile
Go to Reports & Confirmations > Transaction History
Select the desired year and the requested file format for generating the report
Click Download Report
Balance & Account Report
This is a report confirming the account management and balance status in the managed cold wallet for the selected year. The report shows the balance in local currency divided by the digital currencies in the wallet. It is issued as a PDF file with the company logo and signature.
Follow these steps to generate the report:
Log in to your account
Click on My Profile
Go to Reports & Confirmations > Account Balance & Management Report
Select the desired year
Click Download Report
Tax Report
An annual report is generated every March, reflecting the previous tax year (similar to report 867). It contains the annual tax deductions for sales made on the site within a closed loop and is issued as a PDF file that includes the company logo and signature.
Follow these steps to generate the report:
Log in to your account
Click on My Profile
Go to Reports & Confirmations > Tax Report
Select the desired year
Click Download Report
Closed Loop Certificate
A report confirms that coins purchased through Bits of Gold were stored in the managed cold wallet and sold from it, maintaining a "closed loop" pathway. The report contains and confirms the amount deducted and reported for tax purposes. It is issued as a PDF file with the company logo and signature.
The certificate is sent as an attached file to the sale completion email. If needed, you can contact us to generate it earlier.
