The following reports / certificates can be obtained or generated as needed.
Transaction Report
The report contains all the Buys and sells transactions in the system in chronological order and can be downloaded in two formats - an Excel file and a PDF file that includes the company logo and signature.
Follow these steps to generate the report:
Log in to your account
Click on "My Profile"
Navigate to "Transaction Overview"
Click on "Download Transactions"
Select the desired file format to generate the report
Balance Report
A report confirming the account management and balance status in the managed cold wallet for the selected year. The report shows the balance in local currency divided by the digital currencies in the wallet. It is issued as a PDF file that includes the company logo and signature.
Follow these steps to generate the report:
Log in to your account
Click on "My Profile"
Navigate to "Reports and Certificates" > "Balance Report"
Select the year for which you want to generate the report
Click on "Download Balance Report"
Annual Tax Report
An annual report generated every March, reflecting the previous tax year (similar to report 867) and contains the annual tax deductions for sales made on the site within a closed loop. It is issued as a PDF file that includes the company logo and signature.
Follow these steps to generate the report:
Log in to your account
Click on "My Profile"
Navigate to "Reports and Certificates" > "Annual Tax Report"
Select the tax year for which you want to generate the report
Click on "Download Tax Report"
Closed Loop Certificate
A report confirms that coins purchased through Bits of Gold were stored in the managed cold wallet and sold from it, maintaining a "closed loop" pathway. The report contains and confirms the amount deducted and reported for tax purposes. It is issued as a PDF file that includes the company logo and signature.
The certificate is sent as an attached file to the sale completion email. If needed, you can contact us to generate it earlier.
