If the company has changed its name, in addition to the original Certificate of Incorporation, please attach:
Certificate of Name Change - Downloaded from the Companies Registrar website, (under the "Document Ordering" tab), cost of 11 ILS.
Company Extract - Downloaded from the Companies Registrar website, cost of 11 ILS.
Authorized Signature Protocol
The protocol should be:
From the last three years
Approved and signed by the accountant or lawyer
Documents of the Service Requester on behalf of the Company dealing with Bits of Gold (must be an authorized signatory on the account)
Two valid ID documents among the following (ID card / Driver's License / Passport)
If the Service Requester on behalf of the Company dealing with Bits of Gold is not an authorized signatory, in addition, please obtain:
Power of Attorney form authorizing actions for the company.
Depending on the specific Authorized Signature Protocol of the company, additional documents may be required. We will contact you if necessary.
Opening a company account additionally includes:
Signing the Know the Customer documents + service requester statement for companies (we will send them to you)
A one-time identification call that will take place on Zoom with a representative of Beast of Gold.
